How to Simplify Everything When You Feel Like You’re Doing Too Much

You know that feeling when you sit down to “get organized” and three hours later you’ve built a color-coded spreadsheet of tasks you’ll never do?

    Yeah. Been there.

We think productivity is about stacking more on top — but it’s really about subtracting.

The biggest lie in business? That success means doing more.

It doesn’t. It means doing less — but smarter.

When I first started my business, I had:

    • three project management tools

    • four social media schedulers

    • seventeen open browser tabs (minimum)

    …and zero sanity.

Eventually, I realized the problem wasn’t the tools — it was me trying to manage everything instead of systemizing anything.*

So, here’s the rule I live by now:

👉 If it’s repeated more than twice, it needs a system.

    This week, ask yourself:

    • What could I automate (even 10%)?

    • What could I delegate (without guilt)?

    • What could I delete entirely (be honest)?

You don’t need to master every new platform. You need to master staying consistent with the few things that matter.

If you’re tired of juggling chaos, the next few weeks will blow your mind — I’ve got something brewing that’ll make this feel easy (and yes, it involves AI that actually works).

    But for now, try this:

🧠 Pick one recurring task this week and automate it.

Even if that means scheduling your social posts or pre-writing one email.

    Progress > Perfection. Always.
